Impact Ventures Corporation, through its dedicated initiative ImpactVets.org, is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to transforming the future for America’s veterans. Eligible to receive tax-deductible donations and in-kind contributions, our mission is bold and urgent: to design and build vibrant veteran housing communities that do more than provide shelter — they empower lives through health services, recreational opportunities, and a true sense of belonging.
The Urgent Need
Across the nation, vets from all backgrounds are facing a worsening housing crisis:
- Disabled veterans continue to be disproportionately affected, often facing barriers to both physical accessibility and comprehensive care.
- Senior veterans on fixed incomes are struggling to access safe, affordable housing that includes supportive services like medical care and meal programs.
- Younger veterans and those transitioning out of military service often grapple with finding meaningful civilian roles, employment, and educational pathways — challenges that can lead to depression, homelessness, or worse.

We believe every veteran deserves more than a roof over their head. They deserve purpose, respect, stability, and opportunity. Our innovative campus model is built to meet these needs head-on, offering:

Veterans Housing Community Amenities
We are developing a 100 acre veteran complex with full scale amenities to create a sustainable clean energy environmentally friendly expansive community for veteran families that will honor their service to help protect America and her legacy.

On-Site Urgent Care Clinic
Providing accessible healthcare focused on veteran-specific needs
Full-service Restaurant
Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with prearranged menus
